I design and carve each motif into linoleum before inking the plates and hand printing them using Alma, my 130 year old Victorian cast iron manual book press. Linoleum is a natural material made from sawdust, linseed oil and Hessian, and over time it starts drying out and breaking down. When this happens to the carved plate, I offer professionally printed cards of my designs so that the artwork lives on for you to enjoy! I also have large linocuts printed in a smaller card format.
